Temizdi. Evde yaşam için gerekli her şey vardı ve kaliteliydi. Küçük notları ve hediyeleri şık bir hareketti. Sakin bir konumdaydı. Evin mimarisi güzeldi.

Tek banyo/WC olması dezavantajıydı. Ayrıca kalabalık grup olarak 2 kişilik yatak dışındaki yataklar kanepeden oluşturulduğu için rahat değildi. Merdiven çelik olduğu için çok ses çıkarıyordu.
