Bath Street Penthouse

Easy to find, access with no issues whatsoever. Excellent spacious apartment for the money. Two double beds and a huge sofa, great kitchen with everything in there, including dishes, wine glasses and cutlery. Great views out of the windows.

The area is very noisy, which was expected as the location is very central, so it wasn't a problem really, we brought earplugs and they did the job!

Perfect location right in the centre of Bath. 6 minutes walk from the station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Walking distance to all attractions. Beautiful presented apartment, very clean, great views of the city. Fabulous kitchen with a few basics like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and washing up liquid. Quite often these have been removed.

Blind in the living room was broken and was laying on the window shelf. Also a drawer in the smaller bedroom was broken.

Central location, modern interior, good equipped kitchen, Majority was very clean, We had a good time

Management company is shocking to communicate with, I asked months before about an early check-in , when they eventually came back said they will have to check cleaning schedule closer to the time which makes sense but when I messaged them 5 days before no answer. The owner didn’t reply either. I also wanted to know if the lift was fixed because we had someone disabled so we travelled there not knowing if we are gonna get her up into the flat. Definitely bring ear plugs, noise of drunk people outside until about 4 am on a Saturday. Kitchen doors had fingerprints all over and mirrors dusty Blind of the biggest window was broken

Lovely apartment and well fitted out. Liked that each bedroom has own bathroom so everyone could be comfortable. Living area and sofa very comfortable and well maintained

The pillows on the bed were probably the worst I’ve ever encountered. Hard and lumpy and not comfortable at all. It is very central (cannot get more centrally located than this) which also means it’s noisy. While it didn’t bother us it wouldn’t suit someone looking for a quiet getaway

The lift wasn't working when we arrived, so had to carry everything up three floors, very noisy at night, and at six in the morning lorries unloading

Noise was a big thing, wouldn't stay there again

Because of the location there can be noise from the street, but that’s what you expect.

Lots of street noise, but can't have excellent location without it. Hot tap in kitchen didn't work. 2nd drawer in first bedroom broken. Would have liked to contact seller to say but not sure how. In case they weren't aware.
