Grand Riccarton Hotel

First time staying here and we’ll be back. Great location and off the street so very quiet. Nice spacious rooms with everything we needed. The staff were excellent- super helpful and friendly.

Clean, spacious room, nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Quite central to the Chch botanic garden and other shops

Tv was unwatchable as it kept losing signal

We’ve stayed at Grand Riccarton Hotel five times now and have never been disappointed. Every stay has been amazing – clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent service, and a great location close to everything. Thank you for always making our stays enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again!

Clean, affordable & central location.

The heat pump took hours to heat the small room up & there was no electric blanket so it was cold overnight with a bad heater. There were only three TV channels so I had to tune the rest of the standard channels myself.

They Location was great for where I needed to be. It is within walking distance to Riccarton Mall. Also lots of food places within walking distance too.

Nothing, I felt that it suited my needs, I was very comfortable and myself and now work colleagues will be staying there as well for our future work trips.

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and it was an amazing stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The environment was quiet and private. The location was easy to get to any places in the area. I highly recommend it!

The bathroom's a bit slick, and the showerhead keeps falling. I'd suggest putting a bath mat in the shower for safety.
