Beach Club Apartments

Beautiful clean, crisp modern room, great wifi. We had two nights here and slept wonderfully in the peace and tranquility. We had the ground floor room which was more than ample space for two with the access to a terrace and garden and outdoor kitchen facility. The host Aneike was so friendly and helpful and Maheel made us the most fabulous breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee, the most amazing bread and eggs. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bentota! Behind the gates is an oasis ☺️

The tranquility and the birdlife of the location is excellent with the he view over the jungle and gardens and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The attention to detail in and outside of the apartments is excellent. The rooftop terrace and each apartments' terrace offer another outside sitting experience. Ankie, the owner and her staff member Maheel are perfect hosts, helpful and caring, and not forgetting Nibs, the older of the 2 beautiful dogs, and Benson the young happy pooch! Riding into the inland region instantly brings out the old and traditional Sri Lanka life and the beautiful fauna and flora. Serpent eagles, land monitors, water monitors, buffalo, monkeys et al are passed pass by amongst the happy greetings with wonderful smiles from the locals. Quite a few unique temples and stupas including a monastery are close by. Along the road to the beach is the old and quaint Induruwa train station which adds to the appeal, catch the local commuter train and experience Sri Lanka life. Close by to the quite empty beach, deserted in the early mornings, provides an excellent walk and bathing at the south end of the beach is safe and comfortable. Many small and large restaurants have all manner of food along both the stretch of the beach and roadside. Facility to cook our own food, and the fridge on the rooftop terrace was a great bonus to us. The local bread and roti vendors pass by early morning and their roast paan amongst other breads is available and tasty. Roomy and comfortable apartment with air con, fan, kettle and fridge, mosquito net on the bed and also plug in mosquito repellers. All in all a wonderful 2 week stay.

Very clean, friendly host and staff Nothing was too much trouble Very comfortable Close to everything local train station, local shop, stunning beach and the sister Beach Club restaurant, excellent service, delicious food plus a 10% discount on food for Apartment guests and free sun beds ! What more could you want ! Thank you for making our stay happy and memorable

Everything! Brand new very good quality mattress, airy and bright room, lots of attention to detail, Inc Tv Inc prime video. It’s very close to a superb beach, which is lovely even off season, for walks. The host, Ankie, took me for a drive through Bentota, Aluthgama and Beruwala. I took the train from Induruwa to Hikkaduwa, it was an old train but I loved it !

That I only had one night there 😁
