USUSPrice and proximity to Summerfest (by car). Hard to rate this place because it depends what you r looking for, hence the 6.0. If u r looking for a luxury stay, this is not meant for you. If you are just looking for a place to bed down after walking the cement at Summerfest all day, then this can work for you. The bed was comfy, the ac worked, and Cheri the manager was friendly and accommodating. So it worked well for us.
I coulda used a towel rack in the bathroom. 😆
USIt was very safe to get in. You need a reservation to enter.
The location, it isn't the safest but the way the building is with only a reservation or a key to get in, gave me a peace of mind.
USUSRoom was clean, no odd odors in the room, comfy bed, working tv, clean bathroom, easy check in.
Showers temperature nozzles were hard to adjust properly. The rooms walls are thin, but to be fair its an old building. It was challenging to sleep though due to either noises of other guests or people talking in the halls.
