Very close to the beach and some restaurants. The staff were so kind and always available for help

The AC in my room was never cold at all. Ultimately used it as a fan at night with the windows open but it would get very hot

Location, room was clean and nice even though quite small

WiFi wasn’t that great, it kept dropping for a few seconds every 20-30 minutes or so. If you need reliable WiFi, have a backup plan

There was no wifi, and the property is located right next to a farm. You will hear a rooster all night

The staff is super nice. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was a nice size to hang out during the hot day. The food was delicious. The staff helped to decorate the room for a birthday occasion and the picnic basket for the beach was wonderful. Definitely will come back again. We had the Atitlan room, and it has a small balcony facing the pool.

Maybe a (small) shade over the pool would make it perfect.

Liked most things. Should note there is a noisy rooster in the farmyard next door but the hotel provides free earplugs and this is hardly a deal breaker for me, but something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Also, restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday, but the hotel is close to many other great food options, so this just encourages you to explore el paredon’s other food options.
