Amplansarea a fost buna

Nu au fost site la geamul de la sufragerie, au intrat tone de tantari. La un etaj mai jos se renova si nu am avut pic de liniste, eu personal am cazut pe scari din cauza acestei renovari pentru ca si-au lasat tot jegul pe scari si am alunecat, as vrea sa mentionez ca aveam si o branula in mana. Aerele conditionate nu au facut fata, iar camera cu canapea nu poate fi numita camera, nu a avut aer conditionat, iar Canapeaua-pat foarte inconfortabila pentru 2 saptamani de stat a fost un chin. Imi pare tare rau, nu dau note proaste, dar nu este posibil. sa dam o suma atat de mare de bani si sa nu existe pic de liniste. Sau plase la geam etc.

It’s exactly as the photos and is a gorgeous top floor apartment in a lovely part of town.

Not much. Everything was great. Some bulbs need replacing and batteries in remotes but all was great. Another Set of keys would be useful also.

Property itself was really good and had everything we needed

The heating didn’t work on the first night and the man came out the next evening to fix. I asked them to cancel the property due to family issues which meant I could no longer pay for it and they weren’t helpful and said no unless someone else rebooks for those nights which was guantentee

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. There was lots of towels and bedding available to make the stay more comfortable and even some coffee pods and kitchen basics such as oil and sugar and some shower products in the bathroom. Although there is no parking advertised, we hired a car and had no issues with roadside parking outside the accommodation. Our host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out a little later to suit our needs. Would recommend staying here when visiting Bucharest.

Terrible experience. We arrived late with two small kids to find that the property was not prepared at all for us. There was a pile of dirty bedsheets and dirty towels left on the floor by the entrance door, visibly left from the last guests. No other clean bed sheets or towels were anywhere inside the property. The beds were stripped down to mattress covers and those were dirty too and full of small hairs (not sure the last time those were washed!)- same goes for pillows and blankets. We had to call relatives to bring us clean bedding in the middle of the night. Called number provided and no one answered. Aside from the above - the property has nice decor but that’s about it. None of the heaters were working - first night we were freezing and our kids got sick which resulted in us spending the whole holiday indoors and sick. There were no batteries in any of the remote controls for the AC units which we wanted to use for heating purposes. The tv remote wasn’t working too due to old batteries. Needless to say we bought our own batteries the next day and managed to warm up the flat. The elevator in the building is a human hazard (not sure it should be in use!). We took videos and photos of everything. The company that manages the property offered us a refund - surely appreciated , but we left with a very sour taste from this experience and I don’t think anyone else deserves the same.

We were a group of 7 and we had a lot of space. The rooms were great and the facilities as well. Elena is so friendly and supportive in case of need. Overall a great experience!
