近三多商圈，坐輕軌及捷運都很方便，職員服務很好

房間的燈光比較暗，尤其是洗手間及廁所，玄關的燈是感應的，沒法長開，燈關後很暗

Excellent staff and service. Room make up service was lightning quick and thorough. Reception and concierge were excellent.

The bath soaps are terrible in the sauna. They need more Japanese style soaps for a Japanese bath. Something with lots of bubbles. The breakfast was ok, the Cesar salad in the lounge was just wrong. Too sweet. Too much dressing. Salmon instead of sardines. The tea set was beautifully executed but it’s pure sugar. It needs to be balanced with more traditional English tea items. There wasn’t even clotted cream and the included wagyu cheeseburger ‘tea sandwich’ was terrible.
