A brilliant apartment with absolutely everything you need. Hostess so obliging nothing a problem even let us in early. So well thought out everything was thought of even the lovely treats.

I have marked it down on staff because the cleaner arrived early and said she had to start work. So we left because she stood outside the door made us feel uncomfortable. A real shame because this place is amazing.

La Mattonella Monella is a perfect stay to visit Bari! We walked from the train station and also walked to the city centre :) The place is super comfortable and Valeria was extremely nice and helpful!

The apartment is really comfortable and has a great atmosphere.

Everything thought about very carefully - Valeria met us, showed us around the apartment and so kindly left us local wine and treats to enjoy.

Do not hesitate to book this cute little apartment in Bari! Not only for the facilities, but when you have a host like Valeria, you can actually relax and enjoy your stay knowing that she will help you to deal with any issues. We had zero issues involving our stay, but when we arrived, my mother was sick and really felt like she needed to see a doctor. Valeria went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty, not once, but twice for us! She is truly a star! She made an appointment for my mother and we were able to walk to see him. He prescribed medication and was feeling much better just two days later, thanks for Valeria. It would have been a nightmare to go to the emergency room at a hospital. She also assisted us when we were leaving, too, which she didn't have to do. Oh, and it's not far from a little The apartment is small, but has a balcony and little dining table so you can "eat in" if you like. The bathroom is a very nice size and the shower is great! We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. Tastefully decorated, and feels like a home more than a rental. It's directly across the street from a lovely church, too. TIP FROM AN ITALIAN FOOD BLOGGER: walk from here to Caseificio Capozzi (only 2 blocks away) for the most incredible mozzarella you'll ever taste. Seriously, you won't regret it! AMAZING! No complaints! If I had to say only one thing, there was a light on the air conditioning unit which stayed on at night, but I stuck a band aid over it and took it off in the morning, haha! I don't recommend booking via Airbnb because of a past nightmare experience I had.

Great location, good design, clean, what all you need including snacks, beverages, local wine and the best vibe! Valeria is excellent host!

Good location, nor far old town, train station, very good piceria just some minut, very clean, beautiful design and comfortable apartment. In the kitchen coffe, tea, wine for present, juice, water, milk, butter, croissants, jam. In the room ant bath everything you need. The owener meet us in time. I highly recommend this apartment in Bari.

From end to end --- it was a real pleasure to stay in such a beautiful apartment in the heart of Bari. Valeria was great host!!
