High price (I know, Lofoten, but still very expensive) Location on the basement of a house, you hear people on the first floor apartment walking

Es petit per a 4 persones, en realitat són els baixos d’una casa. L’habitació on han de dormir 3 persones no te ni finestra ni armari. El preu es molt elevat pel que ofereix.

A nice place which provides all you need.

It should be mentioned that the bedroom with the bunkded has no window. And it is quite noisy, as you hear every step of the people living in the apartment above. We were unlucky, as they decided to stomp around ( or move furniture?) until 1 a.m. and then restart at 5 a.m. So the nights were short.

made breakfast by us that was easy. Location is good for catching the flight.

Everything are good or more then our expectations.

Complete inventory including washing machine and dryer. Contact with Kjell (host) was good. Sørvågen is “in the middle” of everything beautiful. Nice walk in the backyard. Near Reinebringen 1900+ stairs which was clouded. The village also has 2 supermarkets. In other words, there was nothing we missed w.r.t. accommodation and nature. I was even able to top up my EV. Included in the rental price!

If I have to complain about something, if people are in the upper appartement, yes we were in the basement, and blessed with heavy feat, you can hear that. But it didn’t really bother us. Don’t let it be a factor.

A bit small

Good location, with hiking trails nearby. Apartment has all needed amenities. Excellent wifi. Parking on-premise.

Every footstep from the apartment above is very audible, and the walls vibrate with stronger steps. It kept us awake for a long time, even earplugs didn’t help. The apartment has a low ceiling, only 2 meters high, which is not comfortable if you are tall. This should be mentioned in the description as it is not clearly understandable from the photos. As this is a basement apartment, there are less natural light. Added photo to this review that is taken from the front door and no lights are on, it is quite dark. The main bedroom bed was listed as a “full-size bed” in the listing, but it is actually only 120cm wide, making it uncomfortable for two people. The photo of the bedroom is well taken and it looks larger. The second bedroom has a two-level bed, which has a safety issue - screws protrude a few millimeters from the top, and if you accidentally hit the upper part of the bed, you may hit a screw. I found this out the hard way. The smoke detector had no batteries inside, which is also a safety concern. Additionally, the tumble dryer was not working as expected. Initially, we booked the apartment for 5 nights, but we were not happy with it at all and asked for a refund after one sleepless night. We requested a refund for 3 nights, and the owner agreed to refund 2 nights. We left the apartment, and booking managed the refund process.
