USGreet location, decent apartment. Self-check-in was easy. Very close to the Mole, which made visiting it very easy and convenient.
The unit is poorly maintained. The tub in one bathroom leaks when filling up. One of the bedroom ceiling lights didn't work. The two lamps on the night stands in one bedroom have no lamp shades, which made the clear bulbs sting the eyes as the bulbs are very bright. The host refused to give us a second key, even though we booked a two bedroom place with two bathrooms,. Having just one set of keys made the trip to Turin difficult for us having to coordinate our schedules as we toured the city. We have booked many two bedroom with two bathroom places before in many cities and countries and the hosts were always able to give us a second set of keys. It's just unreasonable in a big apartment to refuse to give a second set of keys.
