Good

Our rooms air condition didn’t work they turnoff the central control and no any source of ventilation inside the room , very hot even after complaining to the staff still no benefit instead they provide us fan !! but no other solution according to them this is hotel policy that we turn off air conditioners💔

Location is ok

No basic toiletries, no toothbrush/toothpaste Aircon was so hot. Even though we called for their attention, they will just say... its centralized!! The aircon temperature is 24- 26 °C or 77°F Super hot!! I was surprised it was a 5 star hotel.
