Great place for someone who use public transport. Bus 1 min. Metro station 5 min. walk. Quite and safe area. Marcus, grate host.

Good location for our needs

Some details were left out…there is a full time renter in another bedroom in the apartment and the host has an entrance into the apartment from their apartment. If I had travelled alone I would not have been comfortable with the arrangement. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating but the two things above should be disclosed in the listing!

Encore merci à Marcus et à son fils qui se sont levés au milieu de la nuit pour nous accueillir suite à un retard de 3h de l'avion de la compagnie Jet Blue. Marcus est très chaleureux et c'était vraiment un plaisir de séjourner chez lui !

Das Appartement und das Zimmer sind wunderschön, sehr gemütlich und bequem. Marcus ist wunderbarer Host, sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist in Brooklyn ziemlich zentral gelegen und leicht JFK Flughafen sowie Manhattan downtown mit Metrolinien zu erreichen. 100% empfehlenswert

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité de Marcus,son aide précieuse pour récupérer nos bagages perdus par la compagnie aérienne.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Stanza con bagno privato accogliente, calda, silenziosa e comoda, con macchina del caffè e cialde e un piccolo frigo-freezer a disposizione, così come tutti i prodotti da bagno. Buona posizione per raggiungere con la metro south manhattan (25-30 minuti) e midtown (40-45 minuti), corse frequenti e più linee nelle due fermate più vicine di Crown Heights e Utica Avenue. Il quartiere sembra tranquillo, anche se piuttosto sporco, e gli host sono davvero molto gentili. La cucina è ben attrezzata e utilizzabile per risparmiare tempo e denaro per colazioni e qualche cena fai da te. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente per NY. Thank you Marcus and Debbie!

All'arrivo non sapevo quale campanello suonare. La porta della nostra camera non si chiudeva a chiave dall'esterno, il che non è stato certo un problema nei confronti dell'host ma non potevamo essere certi per quanto riguardava gli altri ospiti, poichè non sapevamo chi fossero. E' comunque andato tutto bene.
