Restaurant was very good

Staff is not trained well. Sleeping or lounging with feet on tables or sofas. Talking very loudly just outside our room and playing videos on mobile phones. Though there’s an electric kettle in the room there’s no tea or coffee, milk, sugar in the room . One has to order it from the restaurant. The Wi-Fi very spotty.

The size of the room, clean. Excellent price for the quality.

Good location, spacious and neat rooms

We stayed for one night in the hotel on our way from Ajanta to Hampi. The overall impression of the hotel room was good at first. Restaurant below the hotel was good.

The bed was prepared with a cover etc., but when we opened it, we saw that the cover and linen were used, I.e. not fresh. We even had a significant spot of real shit on the bedsheet (6x3cm). When mentioning that at the reception someone came and was initially even resisting to completely refresh the linen and cover („not for such a spot“). Unbelievable, in 40+ years of travelling we never had such a situation. An apology and fast change of everything would have been the right response. We insisted in a full refresh and got it. When looking into other reviews in booking.com we saw that other clients had the same problem before (hadn’t read that earlier).
