DEWe had a good stay at this hotel in Kyoto! The room is spacious and we had a nice city view. The bathroom also offers a lot of room and the shower is very good. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The location was ideal for us; a calm area for a good nights sleep, but only 20 min walk to Kyoto station - it was also close to a beautiful shrine and restaurants. The self check-in went smoothly and we always received a quick and friendly reply to any questions we had. Thank you for a nice stay, we hope to come back in the future!
There was no cleaning or changing towels during our stay (could be arranged at an extra cost), but it would be a good idea to collect trash.

ITPosizione ottima, ben servita da mezzi pubblici e locali, ma allo stesso tempo in zona molto tranquilla. La camera è stata leggermente più ampia dei soliti standard giapponesi, silenziona e letti grandi e comodissimi!

In general very well, just in my opinion the mattress is a bit soft and the air-conditioning was not regulating well or I couldn't change the fan speed. There is no space for opening the suitcases other than on top of the bed, but not big issue.
