City Garden Penthouse

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location, in business district, walkable from station (britomart). Has 2 spacious bedroom with comfortable beds and view to Skytower. Owner was helpful and accomodating.

No TV

Location was handy for our time in Auckland along with the parking building being right there.

While towels were provided I felt that a bath mat and hand towel would also be of benefit along with a dish cloth to wipe bench and a tea towel to dry dishes etc would also help. The shower wasn't very clean either, like he left in a hurry. A TV would benefit and also outdoor furniture that isn't broken.

The view from the apartment. Located in CBD. Clean sheets and towels. Communication with owner was good.

Kitchen, bathroom and carpet felt like they needed a good scrub and clean.
