Construction is ongoing next door from 8 AM to 5 PM, We cannot guarantee a noise-free environment during your stay. Please note that construction work is taking place nearbybegin in December. and may be affected by noise. There is construction activity in the neighborhood from around 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying. We want to be transparent about the situation, however note the construction noise is from far and not close by the villa. Friendly note: To comply with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. The form also includes house rules and the property's terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to this process during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The villa had a spacious layout, and the pool area had great potential for relaxation. The location was convenient and provided a good base for exploring the area.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. One day, the cleaning staff didn’t show up as agreed, and the pool wasn’t cleaned until the day before we left. The sunbeds had no cushions, making them uncomfortable. Hygiene was a major issue, with one towel smelling of sweat and unwashed bed linen. A cleaner rang the doorbell for 45 minutes and knocked aggressively, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. The villa lacked basic amenities like a mirror in the second bedroom, and noise from the neighboring villa disrupted the tranquility. Finally, we were rushed during checkout because new guests were arriving early, even though we couldn’t check in earlier ourselves. Management didn’t check in with us during our stay but sent a message asking for a review instead.

"Amazing villa in all ways, shame about the construction noise"

Comfortable villa with perfect indoor and outdoor lounge area. Sunny pool Location not far from restaurants if you have a scooter. Would be a 10 if it had a bath. Really enjoyed staying there

Construction noise from 8-4.30pm There wood cutting and jackhammers going most of the day making it not great to use the pool area unless it was their lunch break. But I think it would be difficult to find a villa in Bingin without construction noise
