Como mujer fue una experiencia nefasta y de miedo. El seguro de muestra habitación no funcionaba, tenían a un hombre limpiando habitación y baño de mujeres. Entró a nuestro cuarto antes de las 8 am y al baño sin tocar. Se descompuso el mini spli, se fue la luz y la cereza del pastel, hubo una riña en la habitación mixta de al lado entre dos hombres y se llevo un gran susto la jovencita que estaba ahí. La tuvieron que alojar en nuestra habitación y no corrieron al que inicio ni llamaron a la policía. Tontamente me quedé solo con las reseñas en Booking, de haber leído los comentarios de otros usuarios en google maps no me hubiese hospedado aquí

Le personel, la propreté, le calme, l’emplacement, etc.

The location is great, very close to the metro and main avenues to reach the south of the city, Coyoacan, in just a few minutes.

The staff are too intrusive and pushy and focus on things that aren’t important. The things that actually deserve attention are forgotten, like a dryer that stayed on in the bathroom for most of the night without anyone coming to turn it off or check what was going on.

Lo cómodo

I am waiting to hear from someone who is looking into all the incidents that were directed at me during my stay 5 week stay. My last 3 days I was confronted by a female supervisor saying " I will have you removed from this facility". I paid up! I WILL still have you put out! I was harassed, embarrassed and confused by her outrage to a senior citizen.

The staff was friendly and the hostel was clean.
