Beautiful Paris themed apartment

Great location. Clean. Cute little place to stay.

We could have used some extra bedding for the couch or mattress.

Great location, clean room, well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean

It needs another comfortable chair in living room and a better bed in bedroom.

the furniture was not comfortable

It was very close to the NRG arena where we were going. The apartment was in. a good area.

The pass code for the gate didn't work so everytime we would put it in it would say access granted but gate would not open. We would have to wait for another resident to let us in. Then we had problems with the code to the lock box for the keys. Host had the numbers wrong by a number so it took us a minute to get in. When we left we forgot some leashes, harness, and doggie back pack and couple other items we just bought at the dog show (needless to say not cheap). it took us about 5hrs to get home, as soon as we got home and unloaded we realized that and tried contacting the host. Couple hours later and lots of phone calls, email, and text to the host and to booking.com the host called. The host claimed the cleaning lady told her nothing was left behind. I even sent pictures of the items even told the host exacting what table we left it on. The host told me she went to the apartment but nothing was there. She said her cleaning lady doesn't speak English so they have been texting but cleaning lady still claims nothing was there. I asked her to please send cleaning lady a photo of my things maybe then she will remember and give me my things back. I doubt the cleaning lady will admit to taking a Chanel leash and harness, Gucci dog backpack, gold lead for dog, Chanel dog bandana and a custom made coloring book (this coloring book didn't cost much just was custom done for the dog show Rumble in the jungle 4.4 and had our dog pics in it). I hope the host gets a new and honest cleaning lady because I would hate for this to happen to someone else. people forget things all the time especially when they are in a rush but a good host won't allow their customers thing to be taken without trying to get them there belongings back. I don't blame the host she was nice but she needs to screen her help a little better.
