Staff is courteous and helpful

Rooms are very small Food is average

Breakfast was ok

When we reached they said the room is small and demanded extra money for a bigger room. It was late night so we didn’t have any option than to abide.

Breakfast spread was good. The staff at breakfast served well. Requests for extra water bottles, or other requirements like iron etc were promptly met.

No. 1 - Unfriendly and uncooperative attitude of the manager level staff. Do they know what working in the hospitality industry means? One moment they said we cannot accomodate your request for another room we are full. Next moment the room appeared at a higher rate. No. 2 - The restaurant manager insists that I must pay for breakfast immediately after having breakfast. "We cannot wait for you to pay during your check-out" (which was in a few hours) As if I was going to cheat them off their breakfast money. When i requested their help to arrange a car to go to the airport, the answer - you have to do it yourself. They need to learn that there is a way of being firm with the rules without sounding put-offish and outright rude. No. 3 - Very ordinary rooms and high prices. Paint peeling off the wall, stains on the wash basin. I stayed in a compact room but even the larger suite rooms were tiny with very little space to move around. The carpeting all around the hotel was very dirty and stained. Adding a photo of a paan stain on the carpet on the 10th floor of the hotel. This is a budget hotel which is charging a premium for very run-of-the-mill service. I trusted this because of the Sarovar brand. Will stay away from it.

Service and response was a bit slow otherwise it was good value for money.

That the rooms are too close and you can hear guests in adjacent rooms. There were people smoking in adjacent rooms and that became uncomfortable due to smoke transmission.

Renowned name but extremely bad service !

Rooms are smaller than your washrooms , No chair even to sit , suppose you ask a guest to meet you and the guest if comes over have to sit on your bed to speak to you ! No place to walk even. Completely on you if you want to risk your stay.
