The Western Citypoint Apartments

Apartment was in a perfect location. It was a quick walk to everywhere and the views were great as well.

I would have preferred not to have to pick up the keys at a different location.

Nice apartment

The carpet in the master bedroom was damaged. It should be replaced! There’s no coffee operated in the kitchen no coffee pot as well. Even the hotel rooms have Keurigs.

L’emplacement de l’appartement dans la ville avec le garage correspondant à l'appartement(même numéro de place que le logement).Calme car situé au 4 eme étage à part le bruit des mouettes bien sûr .Supermarches très proches.

Pour le standing je trouve qu'il manquait une machine à café avec capsules

Plenty of room and a nice view. Check-in for the apartment is at a different location but directions and instructions provided are very accurate!

Parking was available, but a challenge due to size of vehicles and size of parking spaces. Spaces are assigned, one space in particular has a pillar taking up some of the space. Because of this issue someone had taken our space, which caused us to have to take someone else's. No AC in the apartment didn't have AC, had to keep windows open throughout the night to keep it comfortable enough to sleep. The apartment would have been a better choice if staying multiple nights.

Location

Needed more essentials like paper towel, towels, napkins etc. Nothing in bathroom to put toiletries on like a cabinet. Not suitcase rack

No privacy - other units could see in Was not informed about procedures for locking door Difficulty in accessing parking

Beautiful apartment and nice location

No hot water x 2 days Back bedroom didn’t have black out blinds and the light shining in from the walkway was soooo bright the shades didn’t dim it at all - looked like we were sleeping during the day it was so bright. (Picture included). Back room security issue - unable to open window to let in cool air at night (so hot while we were there)without people walking by and looking in! Didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. Toilet was running non-stop but staff was quick to respond and fix the issue!

The property was in an excellent location, within easy reach of the city centre. The apartment was well equipped and clean.
