All CityPoint Apartments are strictly nonsmoking. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property. Additional charge for gas and electricity will be applied. This only applies to stays over 7 nights. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in. Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment. The property offers free valet underground parking for one vehicle per apartment (parking height restriction is 6.9 ft). Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay. A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products is provided upon arrival. Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancelation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival. Guests that wish to visit the gym must pay a EUR 10 membership fee. Please note, the gym is only open to guests during staffed hours.
