Hosts Rudi and Marko very helpful... good pool in quiet location but only short ride to town. Good motor bike available to hire. Comfortable spacious bungalow. Rudi also has a restaurant in kampot.."Balkan restaurant" which serves amazing meat dishes. Would definitely stay again.. great value accomodation.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit großen Bungalows. Endlich kommt man beim Duschen mal nicht mit der Toilette ins Gehege. Netter Poolbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Grill.
Für Mahlzeiten muss man ausgehen und es sind nicht viele Optionen fußläufig erreichbar.

Lovely quiet place. Great water pressure, comfy beds and good AC. Good choice for an out of town long term stay. Friendly staff and great pool. Best if you rent a bike which they can also arrange for you.
Food choices in the area are limited although the owner plans to open the restaurant soon.

Nice place, basic facilities and very comfortable. Small fridge, nice big bed, seating area outside, nice pool to cool down in. Our Host Rudi was very helpful and arranged for his guy Marco to fetch a moped for us to rent, and responded immediately with any queries or requests I had. We were given a fresh coconut off their tree which was a lovely touch. It’s a little off the main road so if you want to venture out past the local couple of restaurants (Yacht Club have nice meals, and Village Inn has food) then you’ll need a Tuk Tuk or bike. There’s no food available here unfortunately when we were there so trips out are essential to eat / get supplies. I really liked this place and would definitely recommend.
No food or drink available, pool area could do with a tidy up. Other than that, a decent ‘no frills’ place to stay.
