great location, well appointed property with stunning views and lot of eating, drinking places less than 5 mins from the front door.

No gripes from my party we were all happy campers

Spacious, clean and warm.

It's a personal preference, would have liked a TV in at least 1 of the bedrooms. Sink in en-suite was too small.

Beautiful and spacious apartment. Host provided us with a travel cot and stair gate upon request. Really appreciated the the coffee/tea and breakfast cereals provided

Parking space was tight for my car and soffit was quite low (bumped by boot bonnet on ventilation ductwork, my fault!)

Apartment building a little dated but actual apartment is very nice so just a minor thing

With regard to the booking the host was punctual, gave proper directions regarding entry, supported with a 3 hrs advance early check in which we are very grateful of. The location is perfect, provides easy access to allot of restaurants ect. Apartment and the washrooms are clean and hygenic and all information required with regard to the apartment is available and tagged nicely. WiFi is good, entertainment on TV is available. Nice balcony to chill in the evenings. A Nice care package is available on arrival with a bottle of wine , munchies, tea , coffee and biscuits which seems nice on arrival. However the apartment complex is very old and clearly needs a refurbishment, the lifts are old. Both bedrooms windows opens upto a walking passage of some sort, so you will need to keep your blinders closed at all times if you are looking at privercy. With blinds closed would keep you a tad relaxed, knowing you have privacy. The staircase of the apartment is very squeaky and the upstairs wash room is small compared to the one in the ground flow, but does the job, water pressure is good. During a sunny day the apartment can be very very bright and hot and the dinning area would not be the most comfortable or suitable place to sit during afternoon hours. Sitting area where the sofa is has a electrically controlled blinder which comes handy and keeps the sun out. The stairs to the balcony can be slippery if you use it wearing socks. The apartment can be hot when outside temperature is 8°C while the heaters are offed. All in all apartment is nice and ok place to spend a couple of days in Belfast. If you have a small car.

Very bad parking space. Suits a small hatch back or a coupe. Will ruin your holiday if you are a person concerned about your vehicle . We Sincerely should have been warned of the parking space, post obtaining the details of the vehicle, host should have adviced on an alternative parking, for bigger vehicles. The only reason I booked the apartment since I expected good parking. The space allocated number 47 is very very tight, you cannot squeeze in a Sedan and anything above is a big "no" "no". It's a very tight space. Right above the parking space there is a air went of some sort, be very careful and be watchfull of your surroundings coss you will miss it when you open your boot, if you have not paid attention you will damage your wonderful vehicle. Since you would never expect or think there would be an obstacle that low. By the way my brand new vehicle's boot is chipped due to this. The host might ask you to park on someone else's slot and keep your contact number, but by all means it's not ethical to park in someone else's slot without permission. The parking area has strict parking rules and if you park in someone else's slot the wheels can be clamped. There are signs and all parkings have signed saying not to park so be mindful. I had to undergo allot of restlessness since the host was difficult to reach though had the chance to talk for a very few mins and the reception was not clear, didn't reply messages for more than 30 mins clearly knowing the situation I was in. I was stuck with a 6 year old in the car park not knowing what to do with luggage outside. Coss there was no way I could park in the slot and unload the luggage. Luckily a nice , kind gentleman turned up and when I asked about an available parking slot explaining him the situation I am in, he felt sorry since he saw me wonerable with the little one, he suggested I park in his parking slot since he would be away for 3 days.

Location was perfect. Facilities good and very clean and presentable

Nothing really, was a fab weekend
