Bali Mystique Apartment Seminyak

Beautiful rooms, great pool and very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful huge penthouse suite, plenty big enough for a family of 6, although not enough towels or bottled water provided. Room service food was excellent. Only complaint was pool bar was not open & they ran out of towels. Pretty good value for money, especially for families.

The breakfast was ok. However, it's the service that really lets it down. These staff need training in waitressing! Despite being guests with breakfast included, they continually left us waiting and offered us menu cards. We only had one option! They were all very sweet, but incredibly slow at taking our order, making our drinks and then delivering our food - and it was often not what we asked for! For example I always wanted no garlic on my mushrooms / tomatoes and they kept adding it anyway! One day I told the waitress we were in a hurry and would like breakfast quickly as a car was coming to take us out for the day and she said ok, but then continued to lay tables ready (even though we were the only guests!) We only once got the yoghurt and honey that was meant to be included in the breakfast, the rest of the time we constantly had to remind them. The room cleaning was excellent and they cleaned every day. The towels were large and soft and smelled lovely. Overall I would say all the staff need more customer service training. They are sweet and laid back but it was also my sisters 40th birthday which was why we came to Bali and I asked for several things on email before we arrived and none of them were suggested or remembered by the reception staff! Overall we had a good stay, but the hotel is definitely only 3 star. The staff are friendly but ineffective and the area has terrible traffic and no safe place to walk.

Room was nice and very big, with even a kitchen. Bathroom could be better, there was a roach which the staff killed it for me.

Except for the wifi that only works in the lobby and the pool (the sun does not shine there because the buildings), I loved this place and the bungalows..wow!

We stayed here for a week and was going to stay longer but we had family coming and wanted to be close to them so moved. we had a hiccup the first night with a lot of rain so the lovely norm up graded us to an apartment what a treat they couldn't do enough to help us, great place and staff. and Norm the owner is awesome. /near potatoe head and not far from Seminyak markets and square some great eating places

The hotel was probably luxurious.... back in 1983. Dilapidated, run down, mouldy and just awful.

I really like to thank Bali Mystique for a wonderful stay. Great stuff, great room, nice new pool and good WIFI connection. Thanks a lot Bali Mystique team

My 2 girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at Bali Mystique. The location could not be more perfect and the staff were always friendly. For the location it is really well priced. I will definitely come back here many times and will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
