Perfect location exceptionally clean easy check in and check out.

Great location. Easy walking distance to all of the major attractions of Sirmione. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed. Given how busy the area is, we really appreciated the shutters and triple-glazed windows which shut out light and outside noise very effectively. Pre-arranged parking was a bonus.

Suite was advertised as having a kitchenette with microwave, etc. This is not true. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor that is shared by all three rooms in the building. The individual suites (ours at least) had a micro fridge which was useful but nothing else. Being on the first floor, just above the shared kitchenette, we were often disturbed by other residents using the shared space.

The room is centrally located, right in the heart of Sirmione, very clean and modern, with a special design and triple glazed windows that insulate the room very well from the noise outside.

Very good value for money, however, in other cities in Europe at a similar price there is a cleaning service to change towels daily and take out the trash. Although the owner responded promptly and at all hours, it was a bit difficult to communicate in English, so I preferred to use a translation app and communicated in Italian.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location. The location is excellent - right beside the castle in the heart of the old historical town. The staff were very friendly, helpful, responsive all the time. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!
