Beautiful Studio with Parking Near CBD and Port Hills

Lovely spacious studio apartment with everything I needed. Even fresh milk in the fridge on arrival and a great selection of tea and coffee including caffine free options which suited me perfectly, and was much appreciated after a long journey. Quiet location, enjoyable peaceful stay.

My only issue was the firmness of the bed - too hard for me but everyone is different.

The communications prior to arrival were clear and the parking easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and milk in fridge was waiting. The bed was comfortable and glad about the heat pump as it was very chilly in Christchurch. It was lovely to have tea/coffee selection.

The fridge didn't have a freezer compartment and we had bought ice cream prior to arrival....

Property suited our requirements. Had everything we needed and handy to things. Well fitted out.

Shame about all the roadworks going on. Made it more difficult going in and out. Oven could do with a clean

Large apartment with very comfy bed. Full kitchen with espresso coffee machine and some kitchen supplied - tea coffee, oils etc

The large fridge had no freezer compartment which is a necessity for longer stays.

lovely room, but low ceiling.

People in other room were having a little party which was a little noisy. They could have been worse and stopped before midnight.

So many extras like earplugs if you need and really well equipped facilities..coffee machine was amazing to have. Good value for price.

Couldn't see TV from couch but maybe I couldn't get it in the right position

Nice and warm and cozy

The wifi signal need to improve, it disconnected quite often

The studio was beautifully presented. It was very bright and clean, and very comfortable with plenty of space. A washing machine and dryer was also included. It was quiet, and private. It was only a 15 to 20 minute drive into the city centre, and a 5 minute drive to a local shopping centre.

I would have another power point in the kitchen, and the sofa to face the television, but they are just minor things, because everything else was perfect.
