nothing as every thing is fake on hotel information. this is only oriented for mariage parties

Broken road access full fooded and no assistance from hotel. no message from hotel thad was full flooded power shortage and no gen set operation. coming time 2 hours without ac. rain water coming in the room. very poor network connection. no hot water in bathroom

Every staff member were greeting people with "Ram Ram" and that's very positive and the only thing I liked

High Price, Lowest Value: The cost was very high for the poor quality of the facilities and service. Misleading Information: The staff lied about the hotel being fully booked to deny a better room view. Lack of Facilities: The advertised spa was not operational. Unreliable Services: There were frequent and prolonged power cuts, and the generator was not working. Poor Food Service: The included buffet breakfast was not provided, and the food from the a la carte menu was disappointing. Hygiene Concerns: The water bottles in the room appeared to be refilled. Unprofessional Staff: While polite, the staff lacked the necessary experience to run a professional hotel and manage basic issues.
