Apartamento a medio reformar, debería de preocuparse más por sus huéspedes. Sin presión de agua caliente ni fria. Limpieza inexistente, había restos de comida de anteriores huéspedes. El váter no está bien anclado y se mueve para todos los lados. Cortina de ducha muy poco higiénico. Grifo del lavabo roto, no sale agua caliente y se sale el agua. Caldera del agua caliente con fuerte olor a gas. Se le avisa y no aparece por el apartamento pero sí contesta el whatsapp. La plancha no le funciona vapor. Le recomiendo que termine la reforma antes de alquilar.

La localisation, appartement très bien placé pour aller au lac de Côme et majeur . Gare à proximité , parking gratuit tout proche . Appartement spacieux

Appartement pas très propre, pas de lumière dans un des chambres , pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine ni au lavabo de la salle de bain . Manqué d’équipements comme une manique pour le four , un étendoir à linge. Dommage car très beau potentiel et il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit top

找地址有点难，特别是语言困难。问附近居民，居民都有点为难。还是有人帮忙指引了。当然，booking客服一直在线，也得到帮助的。

Good location and very convenient.

Collecting the keys was very easy. Everything was as written in the email. The flat gives enough space for 4 people.

The flat was dirty, the badsheets were used, the floor was everywhere dirty. I wish it was clean, because the apartment was not bad.
