Room was clean. And nice and quiet location

Cleaning staff knocked at about 9am and opened the door without consent. Was still in bed. No mat and mop in the bathroom.

Cape town is cold and the bed was warm but the tiled floor was cold. However I do appreciate it is easier to clean . The walls are very thin and I could hear people snoring in the next room which makes me feel a bit intrusive into their privacy.

Very clean premises

There where no heaters and it was a chilled weather, dustbins where not changed and towels until we left and hot water ran out quickly, before we all had a bath so we had to bath in pairs to accommodate situation...
