BellaVista City Center Apartment

Not at the center, but close to the metro line and the bus from the airport. Nice shops around and 10 minutes walk from the old town.

Very old building .the apartment was lower than expectations, what we had in mind with the picture.Bathroom had a drain smell continously. There were hair in the bath tub. I also saw small roaches in kitchen sink And very very noisy cause of the street .we didn't sleep at all for entire three day trip. Even 3am it's full traffic sound .

Very comfortable, quiet space (feels larger than in the pictures) with large wardrobes, mirrors, a quite large bed and AC working nicely. TV was also pretty large and quite new. I had plenty of space to unpack and manage / steam my clothing for different occasions. I planned to use the wash machine but did not have time to do so. It looked pretty new (the same model I own myself). The kitchen was well equipped just like the rest of the apartment. Location is conveniently close to communication hubs and just 15min of walking to the older district. At the same time there is a very well supplied store at the ground level, operating till midnight. I would recommend this apartment to friends and likely use it again in the future.

The lights were a bit too dim in the living and sleeping rooms. In the bathroom the LEDs were sometimes failing. Shower in the bathtub was slightly inconvenient and there was sometimes a slight smell coming from the bathroom sink. The light in the staircase (in front of the apartment) was not working. I think those are just fairly minor issues.

We loved the apartment, its very warm and cozy. Centrally located with many shops around. The owner really helpful! Thank you a lot! We definately recommend this place!
