Studio Style Furnished apartment

Positive was that - the room was quite clean. The aircon worked silently. Amenities where operational Shower was hot and waterflow was ok. Negative was that the blanket of the bed wasn't wrapped in linen, so we couldn't be sure that it was washed before we were there.

I booked this apartment for my family to stay and by all accounts they were extremely pleased. Communication with the owner and the staff was seamless and all queries were answered very promptly. The venue itself was clean and tidy with everything provided to make my family's stay very comfortable, a home away from home. Convenient to the city and airport, everything was withing a short journey. Great food can be had at the adjacent restaurant Franzon's BBQ. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Lapu-Lapu and Cebu.

Very nice place. Was great for my family of 3. Was super convenient near the airport. InDrive was super cheap to get there only 260php. N8ce and clean, everything you could need and very nice. Great perfect place for the price. Would stay here again. And they had great towels.

Nice big apartment near the airport (only 20 minutes by car). A shop and a restaurant (nothing vegetarian, just BBQ) are in front of the apartment 👍🏽

Super bright light coming from de street during al the night, super noisy area IMPOSIBLE sleep and I’m a heavy sleeper. Stuff doesn’t care about you anything. I recommend pay a bit more for better place
