Courtyard Castle Heritage Resort - Private Villa & Rooms

The room was spacious and good interiors with vintage furniture. Clean bed linen and towels were provided. The bathroom is huge in the quadruple room. Good pool too.

The location was in the middle of nowhere. Had a tough time reaching here at night so would suggest reaching here during the day time and avoid ordering from swiggy or Zomato as much as possible as drivers get lost. No nearby hotel as you have to go 3km to reach the city side so eat from out and come or carry parcel. The hotel authorities don’t have any auto contacts so ideally take contact details of any local auto guys who can come to pick you or drop you easily via calls. You have to tell the staff to do room service otherwise they don’t. They don’t give tea bags and cups, which is strange. The force of the water in the washroom is erratic and there are rusted soap boxes which could be dangerous. They should provide shower gels too and toilet rolls. Ideally, arrange for complimentary breakfast as their resort location is also very much in the interiors.

Room Cleanliness. Support from the staff. Swimming pool cleanliness.

The swimming pool is only open from 8am to 6pm. Some first comments say open up to 11 pm. Definitely not open that much time. The main drawback is that the location is too far from the Pondicherry. Property located at tamilnadu. Not Pondicherry. Drive from pondicherry 15kms away and take 45 mins in the heavy traffic to reach your own vehicle. The location is in the middle of the forest. No proper paved road for property. Just refer to the images. Another problem in my room was the bathroom light is not working. Staff simply said open the bathroom door, use the hall/bedroom light. How to manage the smell from the bathroom use at midnight. No answer from the staff. Simply say just adjust.

Stay was amazing. manager Samir responded well at any time for any issue. Staff also very supportive. It would be good for families and for group of friends also.

Suite room for 6 people's contain only one bathroom.

It was excellent Property was very beautiful and clean.

I have been to international and national trip , but this stay stole my heart I don't know them this comment is not for promotion. The way they have treated their guests is exceptionally good, we checked in at 9 am and stayed till 3pm next day no extra charge, they are flexible to open pool till 11 pm , I think they follow a culture of "atithi devo bhava" just loved 😍 it
