Yo reservé en Hyde y me cambiaron de hotel y me alojaron en Lyfe Resort !!!!!

Location is good. Flat is comertebl

Cleaning is not daily even though they charge you for it. They cleaning after we leave Towles are always wet. Not enough towels. Terrible noise from the next building you can't sit in a beautiful balcony and see a beautiful view. The rate in booking is not accurate After you pay for it they send you a letter for extra payment like resort payment delay of 25 dollars but actually charge you 45 dollars extra delay. Even though we arrived very late that day and we could not use the facilities they still charged us. The parking charges daily..they say you could find some free parking but the reality it is only valet parking and you have to pay for it. Reception expected you to check by yourself .self taking a photo for your passport and doing all the paperwork after you have been travelling for 18 hours.. After you pay all the hidden amounts you end up much more expensive than you thought

Das Resort berechnet eine Resort Gebühr welche erst Nach Buchung ersichtlich war. im Gesamtpreis der Unterkiunft sind dies ca. 28% Aufschlag. Achtung: Kaffee-Station im Erdgeschloss ist reichlich überteuert.

Spacious, big balcony with ocean view. Nice amenities and good restaurants near by.

No accommodations for early check-in or late check out. Don't expect any of your request to be honored. If you have a late flight you will be denied leaving luggage in their storage. Also you wouldn't have access to enjoy the beach before leaving. Management was not very receptive or accommodating with requests.

Valet parking too expensive. $40 / day, plus $40 / day tax (or something like that), adds $80 / day to the total, which is 40% of the promoted price. Besides, it's not Hyde anymore. Now is LYFE. Should change that because Hyde is crossing the street. They lost the Hyde brand. A bit noisy around the pool. On the beach, the lounge chairs are placed too close to each other, which makes it somewhat uncomfortable to stay there, even though there’s enough space to spread them out more comfortably. Wi-Fi is charged separately, but it’s actually free for guests, so I felt that the extra 35 USD was more of a “rip-off” than an actual service.

Ubicacion y comodidad

El apartamento era de un dueño y si bien fue muy cómodo y adecuado no pudieron solucionar el no funcionamiento del teléfono lo que fue muy incómodo y el no funcionamiento de la caja fuerte (safety box) siendo otro inconveniente. El edificio al ser de un dueño no se hizo cargo y el dueño tampoco

La baranda del Depto estaba rota. Lo que daba sensación de inseguridad en el balcón.

Que me cobraron costos que no estaban descriptos en el precio, no fue claro, podria haber optado por otros lugares. No tiene servicio cama diario, todo costos adicionales para todo.los costos extras de servicio de playa y pileta que no estaba detallados en la propuesta de precio de booking. 650 dolares por los 14 dias. Me entere en la recepcion. Mucha gente en la playa.
