"Close to old bazar but terrible sleep"

The distance drom the old bazar is great and is clean

The stay is hard to find and it is near a small bar that stayed partying all night long so we couldn't slepp at night at all. The bed is not comfortable at all.

"İptal edilemez bir rezervasyonda yaşanan büyük bir krizi ek ücret almadan çözen, ardından tertemiz ve konforlu bir konak"

Bu konaklamada en büyük mesele rezervasyon tarafında yaşadığımız krizdi ve tesis ekibi bunu gerçekten sahiplenip çözdü. 4 kişilik grubumuz için aynı lokasyonda 2 ayrı daire ve her dairede 2 kişi kalacak şekilde ilerlemek istiyorduk; ancak Booking tarafındaki yetişkin ve oda seçimi kurgusu ciddi bir karışıklık yarattı. Üstelik rezervasyonumuz iptal edilemezdi ve iptal durumunda yüzde 50 kesinti koşulu vardı. Buna rağmen Monika başta olmak üzere ekip, hiçbir ek ücret talep etmeden süreci netleştirdi, planımızı uygulanabilir hale getirdi ve bizi baştan sona sakin ve güvenli biçimde yönetti. Kriz çözüldükten sonra konaklamanın geri kalanı da kusursuz geçti: Daireler çok temizdi, imkanlar yeterliydi, konfor yüksekti ve konum 2 ayrı daireyi aynı noktada kullanmamıza imkân verdi. Yatak düzeni gibi kritik bir detayda bile “çekyat mı, normal yatak mı” sorusunu fotoğrafla teyit edip şeffaf davrandılar. Uzaktan kredi kartı ile ödeme, pasaport fotoğraflarıyla yasal bildirim ve check in bilgilendirmesi de düzenli ve profesyonel yürütüldü. İletişim hızı ve çözüm üretme biçimleri bu konaklamayı bizim için 10 üzerinden 10 yaptı.

Tesisle ilgili olumsuz bir deneyim yaşamadık. Yaşadığımız tek gerçek sorun rezervasyonun Booking sistemi tarafındaki kurgusuydu; tesis ekibi bu sorunu sahiplenip netleştirdiği için süreç sorunsuz tamamlandı.
