Excellwnt location for my business in nearby hoapital

The rooms are very clean and well-maintained, eg hot water kettle, hot water and good wifi. The caretaker is available always. The location is also good, can easily book a cab and order food.

A mirror in the apartment would be good. The bathrooms are really tiny but ok for a short stay. The location is central but comes with its disturbances like smelly drainage right outside the building and an extremely dusty road. TV is not working in the room. The towels provided should be better. An iron box would have been great.

the care taker kiran was always there to help. and the owner was also easy to approach and committed with. having someone reliable in a foreign country was a relief and a comfort. thank you so much for the excellent hospitality.

some things like having a mirror only in the bathroom and some electrical issues were there. however, those things were easy to ignore and whatever issues we had was addressed promptly and efficiently.

Caretaker was really kind and helpful Always ready to help with a smile. Great location, MANIPAL hospital in a walking distance. Owner was really nice too. He extended our stay on request for the same rate without any further delay.

Sofa set not so clean. Noise during late night disturbed our sleep.
