The house and it's facilities is excellent. Location is very convenient in day time. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom are enough for 5 ladies.

We couldn't get a taxi to come pick us up from the property, we called alot of them.

I like almost everything about it. It's very clean and the view is totally amazing.

1) Nice property, 3 rooms (one with large double bed and plenty of space + view of Mount Fuji; one with two single beds; one with two double beds on lower floor). Two toilets, which is rare among villas - suitable for group travel. 2) Nice big TV with Netflix. 3) Large fridge, suitable for those staying several nights. 4) Washing machine + drying machine, suitable for those staying several nights. They only supplied two laundry capsules, presume would provide more on request (which we didn't ask for.) 5) Air-con/heater was comfortable. 6) Easy check in. The online registration beforehand was kind of annoying that a picture of one guest is needed, but this is probably legal requirement instead of property policy. After that, everything was simple. Key left in lock box hung on the front door, security code provided the day prior to check in. So it wasn't a problem despite us arriving near midnight the first night. 7) Host responds very quickly to Booking.com messages. Good command of English and hence smooth communications. 8) Free bottled water supplied on arrival. 9) Plenty of cutlery/bowls/dishes/cups/glasses for large groups.

1) Need to accept the fact that the property has stairs; may not be easy for those who carry heavy/bulky suitcases. 2) The location was quite hidden, even with GPS it took us a while to find. The streets leading to the property was very narrow and was kind of a test to one's driving skills. 3) Not easy to access with public transport, but host offered to pick up guests from JR station. More suitable for guests who drive. 4) Got to be very careful with the short stairs at the front door. There was no handrail, so if one walks out of the door in the dark, need to make sure you don't fall off the stairs. 5) Only one bathroom, but that is probably the case for 99% of similar properties - the heating system was very comfortable though. 6) Guests were asked to clean all used glasses/cutlery etc. Which was reasonable for airbnb style accommodation, but probably could have asked people to put them aside after cleaning - that sometimes make me worry whether the glasses/cutlery were properly disinfected after the previous group of guests.

The house was amazing, spacious clean and tidy. They have pots, pans, cutleries and all dishes you need for a short period. Highly recommend.

No counter space in bathroom, limited hooks to hang clothes
