Location, space, cleanliness

What I found unconfortable was so many stairs, every room was on a different floor and the fact that towels and bed linen were not provided, only if we would have paid extra money. This is my first time in Italy or in any other country when I rent an apartment without these included.

The place is very charming, generally clean and the lady who met us (Laura) was kind and helpful. The location was great, right next to a bus station that was well connected and it was a short walk away from the centre.

There were several issues with our stay. In the attic bedroom, the light, electricity, AC and electric fan stopped working so it got very hot at night. The three single beds are very creaky and wardrobe looked very unstable. It also started raining heavily on our last day and the ceiling was leaking. The bathroom flush on the second floor was also exposed unlike the photos. It’s also mentioned in the ‘important information’ section but you have to pay an extra €15/pp for towels and bed linens which seems ridiculous as we’d consider those as basic necessities.

Localisation

Lot of ants on both floors appiring in different places different time. Additionally flying wood insects especialy in the evening. 3 single beds very uncomfortable.
