Beautiful new villa

Location was terrible. No taxi driver is willing to pick you up so it is like a golden cage. Host is willing to arrange pick up/drop off however it takes a while and no bargaining opportunity for price.

Beautiful villa, very confortable. Nice pool, bathrooms and beds. Very quiet place, far from the city sounds. The wi-fi is good for a few people at the same time !

Some missing things : hand soap, fresh water, kitchen material. You have to rent a scooter or a bike to go there, very difficult to find grabs or gojek drivers. No explanation at the arrival, the security man does not speak english. There is only one remote for 3 TV's.

Spacious. Nice pool area. Netflix access was good for chilling at night. Comfy beds

Squeaky door into bathroom. Poor road to get to property. Not well sign posted for initially finding it.

Villa was according to pictures.

We have traveled across the world to go to this alleged 'beautiful villa' to chill and explore Kuta Lombok. The villa is at a quite far distance from the main road, which took the local taxi around about 10-15 minutes from the main road. The road is horrible, rocky sleeps, no lights and scary with a lot of stray dogs. Even the local taxi driver said 'Did you already pay? Why go here?' A lot of construction sites along the road which can be very noisy. On arrival at the villa the place looked abandoned, two construction sites in both sides of the villa, the guard was not speaking English. The local taxi driver said 'I will wait here for you, check if it is ok for you'. We went inside, the villa was like the photos, but not very clean. We had booked a motorcycle but we're not able to leave the villa because of the bad road. This is our third time in Bali/Lombok so we are quite familiar with 'bad roads' but nothing like compares to this road. We were totally not feeling comfortable and not being able to leave the villa by motorcycle totally ruined our plans. So we left and booked another hotel. I've spoken with the host but she is not willing to refund or compensate at all. Very disappointed. She said she had more complaints like mine and compensated these customers in the past if they would not write a bad review. Unheard of! I've made a lot of pictures and wrote a review on Google. I wish someone had done the same, because then I wouldn't have booked this villa.

It is beautiful based on interior design

Not family orientated. Floors are too slippery, bed full with ants, swimming pool tasted funny. Location is horrendously terrible.

Property was beautiful, gorgeously styled and comfy beds.

How far out it was on an unpaved road and security didn’t speak English which made it hard to communicate with. Dogs down the road didn’t weren’t accomodating to us riding past. Dish left on the sink and had to figure out the water jug system ourselves.
