Shower that was in our room, even with frosted glass, you were able to see from the outside that we were in the shower and our linens were not replaced after day four as we were informed when we checked in (we stayed her for 7 days)

Happy

The apartment is really nice, comfortable, and clean, with excellent facilities. The staff are very helpful and kind. All the shops are nearby, and using Uber to get around is convenient and reasonably priced

The kitchen was clean overall, but the kettle was not clean inside.

Location and the view

The kitchenette was not very nice. No counter space, no table or chair. The microwave of in the cupboard basically on the floor. Also there was no umbrellas on the deck by the pool, when I asked for one I was told the grounds man will sort it, I am still waiting.

How noisy it is with wooden floors Definitely need to invest in pillows thats thicker than 5cm. The parking Definitely could invest in better quility beds, my backs not great after this holiday

Cleanness

We were deceived. The pictures we saw on Booking.com were not in alignment with what we were given upon arrival. After seeing that we then requested for an upgrade but were denied after which our allocated room was not our expectation. This made our stay horrible.

Was OK, room had all we needed.

Needed a bit of freshening up, no chair to sit on in front of mirror, and for us those stairs down to bedrooms were challenging.
