Barnet House Serviced Apartments

Loved the building and apartment, host on the phone before we arrived very helpful and reassuring as we were arriving late and so we’d know how to get in, very clean and spacious. Only saw host briefly while we were there and they were friendly.

Generally hosts very friendly and welcoming, on our last day saw staff outside the building we weren’t even sure if they were staff at first as they didn’t ask how our stay was or anything so a lack of interest was noticed but otherwise all good

Ein bett mit Kopfende in viel zu kleinem Zimmer und Rückwand verstellt das Fenster. Aus dem Bett möchte man zum Licht schauen. Mit 2 Nachttischen ging durch die Stellung des Bettes die Tür nicht zu, musste also ein Nachtschrank verschieben Eine zu grosse Küche für ein zu kleines Appartment Der Wind (Sturm) lies die App.tür im Rahmen klappern wenn es für 3 angeboten wird, müsste statt 2 auch 3 Stühle stehen und vielleicht auch ein Sessel nahe Sofa

Was in the center of a busy commercial area. Lots of shops to buy food, gifts and close to 2 food markets. P Large park within easy walking distance and plenty of restaurants to walk to.

Coffee maker is a specialty Nespresso. Pods can only be bought from Nespresso shops. Ugh

Location was very good & the accommodation was exceptionally clean & comfortable.

There was no parking near the property. The stairs to the top floor apartment were a real challenge & getting our luggage up all the stairs was difficult.

The property was in a great location and had everything we needed. Easy check in details and directions. Property was neat, not particularly clean (hair in bed & dirt marks on throw).

Unfortunately during our stay the boiler and heating wasn’t working. I informed the staff immediately upon checking in and it wasn’t addressed to the following morning, when we returned back to the property in the evening to discover it still not working - there was no reply from any staff. The flat was freezing cold and it made for a very uncomfortable stay. We were offered a late check out as compensation, but we left early anyways as it was too cold to stay! A real shame, but important to know if you have any vulnerable guests staying that this issue was not addressed quick enough or fixed at all.
