Poziția destul de aproape de Palas Mall

Am fost anunțată de proprietar în ziua cazării că au o problemă la instalația de apă și mi-a oferit, la același preț, cazare in Q Residence. Problema a fost că apartamentul era la mezanin și a fost îngrozitor de frig! Nu erau papuci de cameră si cand călcam pe podea aveam senzația că merg desculță pe afară! Apartamentul nu era deloc izolat, în interior mirosea foarte tare a mâncare! Era un filtru de cafea, dar nu exista cafea! Proprietarul mi-a trimis mesaj cerandu-mi să-mi anulez rezervarea pe booking. A fost o experiență destul de neplăcută!
