INWonderful new property in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the city centre or train station. Comfortable and quiet rooms with a good restaurant/bar as well as a reasonably well equipped gym.
The security guards at the entrance. Singing at the top of their voices, oblivious to guests around. Clearly untrained and unsupervised.

NZThe staff were kind and moved swiftly. Let me keep my bags with them when we checked out to explore Chandigarh. Location is close to the Elante mall which was helpful!
They set me up in a smokers rooms that was so gross and I had to go down to get that changed, they then had locked me out of my room and given the access to someone in my group despite us having seperate bookings. The room was okay - except there were too many light switches and it took forever to turn off all light switches. They also didn’t charge me properly and I had to pay more money the day after to ensure it was sorted. Overall, just a bit annoying.

NLThe rooms were spacious enough, there were good breakfast options. The location seemed ok, Im not too sure about it as we didn't stay in Chandigarh long enough to explore. It was close to Elante mall.
Nothing, the staff was accommodating enough to offer breakfast earlier than normally, so Im very pleased with our stay here.
INNothing. Very poor policies where they harassed my wife through a very bad behavior by their female staff : just coz my wife had her brother visit her at 10 pm. Hotel has a hostel like policy that they don't allow visitors and be rude to their guests.
Ridiculous hotel and ridiculous staff. Policy of not allowing visitors is like a hostel and very rude staff. Never ever book this hotel again
