INNothing especial. Routine and average experience. Any one can offer average and routine services and experience. This hotel didn't offer any thing unique or great. It was a bit sad. Grooming and finish of staff is very poor.
Services are not in line with the Tarif they charge. Staff grooming is horrible and they don't have the etiquette and professionalism to talk to customers. It appeared like I am checking in any highway motel or low cost Hotel. Breakfast spread is very thin and not at all great. You can get better breakfast in other hotels which are more economical compared to Mercure.
USDinner food was good. Packed breakfast was generous and good. Staff were kind and sincerely interested in helping us, though communicating was at times more challenging for our American group than we experienced at other hotels.
We specifically asked for a room with two beds but did not get one. We requested bedding for the couch for one of us to sleep on and we were given wet sheets. TWICE. There was no hot water in the shower. The room was VERY hot when we arrived, and the air conditioning was VERY loud and never cooled the room down. The couch cushions were dirty. The shower had a SEE-THROUGH door so anyone in the room can see the person showering. (THIS WAS SHOCKING!) The lights were strangely placed; you couldn't just turn off/on one main light, you had to turn off/on many lights at once. The elevator kept going up and down and wouldn't stop on the right floor even with the key.

No hot water - no reduction in room rate. Called maintenance twice but clearly the hot water had run out in the evening, as it worked the next morning. Room was not throughly clean felt dirty, and also communal areas - and overall the hotel felt worn, untidy and dirty - not acceptable. Lots of staff, smiley but very young and inexperienced. Directly faces onto commercial office space so no privacy and very poor outlook.

Made to wait at the reception for aroune 30 mins ad room was not ready to checkin even at 3pm, very Cramped room for the price that I paid!! bathroom doors defective and not closing properly, TV not working as remote missing, so no standard checks were done by the staff before handing over the room for checkin. Poor quality breakfast, like you are sitting in some cheap hotel. In all its a very unpleasant experience and stay. Send your staff to check and stay in the property once if possible before listing it. Seems cheated by booking.com as well in this case, and probably this was my last booking thru u guys
