It was a pleasant stay

Rooms very clean and staff friendly. However, some guests were noisy all times of night, playing loud music and rapping at 2:30 a.m. Very disturbing and inconsiderate.

First impressions went a long way - the staff greeted me immediately and they were super polite and friendly. I grew up in FL and miss just how friendly everyone genuinely are. All the staff I encountered over three days were just as polite. The outside and main lobby were clean and updated. The room was very clean. Fridge, countertop range, desk, T.V...clearly set up for those with extended stays, but perfect for a couple of nights too. It was no frills, but the room was updated and fresh at a very reasonable price. No complaints at all! Parking was plenty. It was close to the airport and the highway. I liked that, from the lobby, you had to scan in to open the door to the main rooms - gave me a great sense of safety. Would definitely stay here again.

Getting a knock on my door 3 hours before checkout asking if I was going to check out. Why? I know when I need to check out staff very rude!

Property looked new but just did not feel complete.

Room had 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and no hand soap. Bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. You were required to empty your own trash in the dumpster on the rear of the property. The property only gives you clean linens every 2 weeks, thank goodness I only had to stay 10 nights! If you need clean linens before that, you have to bring your linens to exchange them for a fresh set….you change your own linens.

Another pleasant visit. Friendly staff, well maintened facility.
