Nicely thought out for a comfortable stay.

Cleaning was not complimentary for long stay. It should be every 5 days atleast. A lot of cockroaches was unhealthy to see. You need to clean regularly and treat the room well before letting people stay.

Great facilities. Nice location. Comfortable beds and although the space is snug, it was really nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bathroom. The balcony is wrap around and in the summer heat, we didn’t use it much but if it were winter, it could really use some furniture.

Bedrooms need black out or darkening curtains badly. It’s way too bright in both rooms. Kitchen has tiny roaches. We kept having to kill them and frankly we spotted them the moment we arrived. It’s hard in Muscat but I suggest using boric acid.

Very professional, generous, and trouble-free stay. Clean and the apartment has all the requirements/needs. The location is pretty good. Owner is professional and helpful.
