部屋は広かった

部屋に入ると、香水だか匂いがかなりきつかった

The outside bath was amazing! The bed was super comfortable. The temperature of the room was perfect. Nice and spacious also. We liked it so much we even stayed another day. That was easily fixed and we could stay in the same room. We used the washing machine and that was so convenient!

It said kitchenette but there wasn't a plate, spoon, fork or knife, we even couldn't make a sandwich. I think they should remove that and say only the kettle and microwave, so people don't get disappointed.

スタッフの方が親切

Camera molto ampia, con comodo divano e tavolino. Ampia terrazza per rilassarsi. Soddisfatta.

The staff are nice and the location is very accessible.

Surface of rooms are clean BUT the ceilings where the beams are were very dirty. The room has a dusty smell to it. We paid for a “breakfast included” room but the breakfast is frozen items they’ll give you the night prior.

便利な場所に有った事と部屋が広いのが良かった。 部屋の前が駐車場なので出て直ぐ車に乗れる。

トイレのドアがものすごい音を立てて閉まるので周りに気を遣う。 トイレに座る度に便座がガタンと音を立てて動くのが良くなかったです。

部屋がとても広くベッドルームとリビングに分かれていて、とてもくつろぐことができた。ベットも寝心地よくぐっすり眠れた。阿蘇神社や観光地にも車で行きやすい距離。
