We stayed in one of the Business Studios, and what a delight it was. During our previous stay (two years ago), we were already very impressed with this establishment. However, this time we were pleasantly surprised by the renovations, refurbishments, and expansions to the facilities. The rooms are now even more modern and stylishly decorated – well done, guys. The keyless check-in process went smoothly and was very easy to follow. Our vehicle was parked directly in front of the unit under cover and securely behind an electronic gate. Our unit was exactly what we needed for a business trip: thoughtfully appointed with everything required for a comfortable stay: The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed. The bathroom was perfectly designed and very practical. The shower had excellent pressure, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the quality toiletries. The big-screen TV with streaming options was a delight, the Wi-Fi was strong, and there were sufficient electrical power points throughout the unit. The desk also made it easy to do administrative work. The private courtyard was a lovely bonus, allowing one to take a break and enjoy some fresh air in complete privacy. The outside areas are beautifully maintained. Our room was immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, crisp linen. The location is fantastic as well – close to major shopping centres and main roads. The environment is safe and peaceful. It was truly wonderful staying in this self-catering apartment, and it exceeded every expectation. I gladly recommend this establishment to other travellers and businesspeople alike. We will most definitely return.

Sadly, one negative though. The guests in unit 5 (close to ours) had a small dog with them, which they left in the courtyard of the unit whenever they left the premises. During these times, the little dog barked nonstop — on the day of our arrival between 16:30 and 18:30, and again the following morning from 06:00 when the pet owners once again left the premises. Fortunately, we had to leave early as well, but the constant barking would certainly have been a major nuisance had we wished to stay in bed a little longer, and most likely also for those guests who were still resting. I am a great animal lover, but just as I respect silence and consideration for fellow guests, I believe pet owners should likewise be mindful of the comfort and peace of others.

I'll start by mentioning the fact that everything we needed was provided. All kitchen utensils we available. The cleanliness and comfort of the property was top tier. I love also loved that , we didn't have to collect keys from anyone. Before checking in, the host sent a WhatsApp message with all the details needed, he even followed up with a call , checking if I had read the message or not. For me that was spot on and and expectional ( there's nothing more frustrating than having to make key arrangements ) Oh , the location, such a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, literally a 3 mins drive to the mall. Definitely coming back again.
