The room is absolutely fine for what it is. Clean and reasonably priced.

The staff member was asleep when I tried to check out at 8.15 am. When he eventually arrived (someone else was also waiting and called the reception number, which woke him up), I asked for an invoice. He said he would email it to me. I've been chasing the invoice for 35 days now. Keep being fobbed off over email, saying it's on its way. I need to submit the invoice for my employer to pay me back. I just can't understand why they can't share a copy of my invoice with me.

It's close walking distance from the town centre about 10/15 mins, the room was well equipped in the kitchen and very clean, the reception staff were very nice and there is a free pool table in the common room.

The bed is pretty cheap and isn't big enough for two people to sleep comfortably, the shower was pretty outdated but done the job, passing the criteria to get the guarantee you'll be allowed to check in on arrival was pretty nerve wrecking please note you have to be an enrolled student to stay here and have proof of this, they are very strict about this although they do take the payment before confirming weather you can stay or not that i think is dubious.

Not much to say here other than that the gym could be improved

The staff is very friendly and the room is clean and tidy. The location is very convenient and easy access to the town.

Clean, spacious, quiet, great communication.

No parking. No air conditioning. No cleaning products. 1 set of towels. Fire doors hard to navigate with a power chair.
