"Great reception guy great room and great everything."

What was there not to like. Everything was perfect. I don’t understand why the ratings are soo low. I put it down to cheap people who expect 5 star. But it’s 6000pkr for 1 night. What do you expect? Massage? This is a great value for money for somebody that doesn’t want to overspend for accommodation on there trip.

"It was very bad experience."

Breakfast was late and we had to leave early in the morning

When we reached at Casa blanka Guesthouse, the management told us that the suite you have booked is not available and was occupied by some other family. The manager said to me delete your booking from booking.com and you can take another room without using booking.com.
